I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. Our experiences help us shape who we are today and find our own paths in life. Especially when we are thrown those unexpected curve balls! Mine was Type 1 diabetes.  

I started this blog to share my experiences with the world. (Or at least the small pocket of the internet I call my own). You'll find a Variety of posts ranging from my type 1 'origin story'  to daily diabetic hacks or even just feelings and thoughts.

I'm all about making life as easy as possible, both for myself and those around me. I wanted to create a space in which others like me could share their stories, thoughts and even hacks of their own. I also wanted to provide an insight into the life of a diabetic for those who may just be curious in what day to day life looks like. Everyone is welcome here diabetic or not!
